Green Tara: explanation & practice with Julia Lawless

Sunday 5th November
10.30 -12.30pm & 2.30 – 4.30pm

‘If you have any problems, you should pray to Tara and you can obtain anything.’ Adzom Drukpa Rinpoche
Julia Lawless met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 1980. She is the co-author of ‘Beyond Words: An Introduction to Dzogchen’ and the editor of ‘Guru Arya Tara & her 21 Praises’ published by Shang Shung Editions. Chogyal Namkhai Norbu always recommended we do Guru Arya Tara practice when we are in danger or have any kind of relative problem, such as needing a job, dealing with relationship issues, or social disturbances. But Tara is also a primary practice as it introduces us directly to the state of Dzogchen: the state of Tara is the state of Dzogchen.

This day retreat is open to those with transmission of the practice. Those people who are interested but without transmission, need to contact the organiser via email beforehand.
