Join Michele Schulz, Ayurvedic chef, author and practitioner, for a look at how different foods influence each other in ways that either enhance or impair digestion. Learn what Ayurveda teaches about food combining along with practical examples of combinations to avoid and ones to favor. Michele will share antidotes that remedy the challenging combinations and will give tips on how to enhance digestive fire for increased vitality. You’ll go away with new perspectives about what goes on in your plate.
About the speaker
Michele Schulz happily met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche in 2001 and has been a Dzogchen Community member for more than a decade. She fell in love with Ayurveda over 20 years ago and has since infused her work as a nutrition educator, author, herbalist and AyurYoga® instructor with an Ayurvedic spirit. Michele did her formal training and taught for 5 years at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico with Dr. Vasant Lad.
