Application of Dzogchen View, Contemplation & Knots of Resistance
Steven Landsberg will be visiting Lekdanling and giving teachings addressed to everyone interested in the Dzogchen view and meditation. Both new and experienced practitioners are welcome. If you did not receive Dzogchen transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or from Yeshi Namkhai yet are interested in the teachings, you are also most welcome to attend if you have the sincere intention to receive Dzogchen transmission at the first opportunity.
Steven is a forth level Santi Maha Sangha student and a Santi Maha Sangha base level instructor. He currently serves as the president of the International Gakyil of the Dzogchen Community. For the last 10 years he has travelled in South America, the United States and Europe giving courses on various aspects of the Santi Maha Sangha, with particular emphasis on Chöd and Guruyoga.
Steven’s comments about his teachings in London:
‘We may have read many books, listened to many teachings, and learned many methods; however, when we sit down to practise or engage in our daily lives, we can often feel overwhelmed by our limitations. These can manifest through emotional or mental factors or via other manifestations of resistance. In this course, we will identify those sources of resistance and examine how we can apply methods and experiences in a meaningful way to penetrate and overcome that resistance.’
Full programme:
Friday, 1st July 6.30 – 8.00pm
Saturday 2nd July 10am- 12.00pm, 3.00pm – 5.00pm
